Required Skills & Qualifications
- Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2
- 6-8 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CRM
- Proficient in solution design, configuration, and requirement gathering
- Experience with integrations involving ERP, LOB, MS Outlook, SharePoint, and O365 Administration
- Hands-on experience with data migration using tools like ScribeSSIS
- Strong understanding of CRM security models and experience in extending Dynamics CRM
- Proficient in .NET technology and SSRS
Preferred Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with CRM Web API and JavaScript (ODataREST)
- Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects, especially Java-scripting and installation
- Experience in Sales Force Automation, Marketing Automation, and Service Management functionality
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Participate in requirement gathering and gap fit analysis
- Design and configure Dynamics 365 CRM solutions
- Develop and customize CRM entities, workflows, and integrations
- Create OOB CRM and custom SSRS reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance CRM functionalities
