Volt is immediately hiring a Mill Machinist in La Verne, CA.

As a Mill Machinist , you will:

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3,4 and 5 axis axis experience required.
  • Must be able to read English written work instructions.
  • Setup fixtures, load program, setup and validate parts.
  • And run production.
  • Ability to make offset adjustments, replace cutting tools.
  • Mori DMG DMU 5 Axis and Siemens Controls experience is highly desired.
  • Perform G-Code programming and modifications.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience working in a Manufacturing environment
  • Proven programing experience
  • Must know how to read and understand blueprints
  • Excellent reading and comprehension skills
  • Good mathematical skills (basic, algebra etc.)
  • Problem solving
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

This is a full-time, direct hire opportunity.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 6am to 2:30pm

Location: La Verne, CA

Duration: Full Time/Direct Hire


Pay Range: $30- $38 per hour

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
