Job Title: Mine Supervisor / Mine Manager / Mine Superintendent Job Summary: The Mine Supervisor/Mine Manager/Mine Superintendent is responsible for the safe and efficient execution of all mining activities to meet or exceed production and ore control objectives while supervising crews at the site. Based at our Middleton, TN site, this role provides leadership and support to Heavy Equipment Operators, Exploration Drillers, Mine Crew Chief, and Mine Coordinator. Responsibilities include mine planning, software uploads, reviewing core quality, coordinating with maintenance and production, and developing KPIs to ensure production targets are met. Key Responsibilities: Supervise mining crew and assign daily tasks. Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. Coordinate resources to meet production targets. Report to regulatory agencies and maintain permits. Interact with government during site visits and inspections. Ensure ore is mined according to plan and maintain ore control standards. Develop mine plans and exploration strategies in collaboration with Corporate Mine Planning. Conduct on-site drilling and update mine maps using AutoCAD, drones, and GPS technology. Perform machinery inspections and daily safety and production briefings. Manage crew scheduling and maintain safe conditions on haul roads and mine floor. Enter fault reports and coordinate repairs with Maintenance. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field, or 10+ years of mining experience. 0-5 years of experience in mining, 0-3 years in supervision. Experience with mobile equipment, AutoCAD, ArcGIS, and Excel. Experience dealing with government agencies.
