Salary: $25-40 Hourly

Sea Pointe Design & Remodel is Orange Countys premier home remodeling firm, nationally recognized for delivering exceptional additions, kitchens, bathrooms, and whole home remodels since 1986. We are seeking a Skilled Craftsman with broad residential remodeling expertise to join our Production team full-time. This is a hands-on role performing high-quality work across multiple trades, with the opportunity to contribute to stunning, custom projects for discerning homeowners.

What Youll Do

• Perform demolition, framing, drywall, finish carpentry, tile, and other construction tasks to exacting standards.
• Execute minor electrical and plumbing work under licensed supervision.
• Install flooring, cabinetry, trim, and other finishes with precision.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites daily.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Lead Craftsmen, and subcontractors to ensure work is completed on time and within scope.
• Operate hand and power tools safely and transport materials as needed.

What Were Looking For

• 7+ years of residential remodeling or construction experience.
• Comprehensive knowledge of all phases of home construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans.
• Own truck, valid drivers license, auto insurance, and a full set of trade tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a professional, positive attitude.
• Commitment to craftsmanship, safety, and client satisfaction.

Physical Requirements

• Medium to heavy physical work: frequent lifting (2550 lbs.) and occasional lifts over 50 lbs.
• Standing, walking, climbing ladders, and working at heights or in confined spaces.
