Job Summary:
The Full-Service Driver is responsible for delivering, stocking, rotating, and merchandising Pepsi products at assigned customer locations, typically vending machines, coolers, and small accounts. This role ensures that all products are fresh, available, and attractively displayed while maintaining excellent customer service and adhering to safety and delivery standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Products: Safely operate a company vehicle (typically a side-bay truck) to deliver Pepsi beverages to assigned customer accounts on a scheduled route.
• Restock & Merchandise: Fill vending machines and cooler accounts according to machine or cooler planograms.
• Inventory Management: Count and record product deliveries and returns accurately; maintain proper truck inventory levels.
• Equipment Care: Clean, service, and perform basic maintenance on vending machines, and coolers, as needed.
• Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers; address service issues promptly and professionally.
• Safety & Compliance: Follow all DOT (Department of Transportation) regulations, company policies, and safety procedures at all times.
• Reporting: Complete daily route paperwork, delivery logs, and inventory reconciliation accurately and on time.

  Qualifications

• Job Requirements: High School Diploma or GED; Must be at least 21 years old; able to pass drug test; good driving record; able to lift approximately 50 pounds frequently and maneuver product using hand trucks or pallet jacks. Strong time management and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Pepsi of Minot is locally owned and an EOE.

• Starting pay $19.20 per hour or higher depending experience.
