90% FTE, 4-5 days/week: Monday – Friday, with a weekend rotation and occasional holiday coverage. Typical core weekday hours are 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. No call requirements. You will work at the University Hospital in Madison, WI. Hours may vary based on the needs of the department.

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to:
Education:
If Nurse Practitioner: Master’s or Doctorate’s degree from accredited Nursing Program.
If Physician Assistant: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from accredited PA Program.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum – State of Wisconsin NP or PA licensure
