Currently, we are primarily servicing the pediatric population between the ages of 3 and 17 years old. However, with continued growth, we are looking to expand our services to treat patients throughout the lifespan. Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The chosen candidate will work in a home health setting primarily with pediatric patients, providing personalized and effective occupational therapy services.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments of pediatric patients' occupational therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address specific goals.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Provide ongoing evaluation and modify treatment plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Provide supervision of Occupational Therapy Assistants.

Qualifications:

• Active Arizona State Occupational Therapist License.
• Current CPR certification.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with pediatric patients is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Article 9 Certification
