Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining office operations
  • Filing & organizing paperwork
  • Keeping track of employee time
  • Drafting documents on various platforms
  • Communicating with on site staff
  • Accounts payable
  • Accounts receivable

Qualifications:

  • Hardworking
  • Attentive
  • Computer skills
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel 
  • Communication is a large part of this job. Applicant must have great communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Spanish is preferred, but not necessary
