• Enter data to company forms and draft documents
• Perform counts on construction drawings and accurately input data.
• Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records.
• Assist with general clerical tasks as needed to support the office team.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.

Qualifications:

• No prior industry experience required.
• Basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work with numerical data.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
• Reliable and punctual.
