Compensation & Benefits:
Earnings Potential: $750,000 - $1,000,000+ annually

️ Responsibilities:
Perform extractions, dental implants, bone grafting, and oral surgical procedures
Evaluate and diagnose oral and facial conditions
Provide treatment plans and patient education
Manage post-op care and follow-up
Collaborate with general dentists and team members for coordinated care
Maintain accurate and thorough documentation
Stay current with surgical advancements and continuing education
Qualifications:
DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
Active Illinois Dental License and Oral Surgery Certification
Strong clinical and surgical skills, especially with pediatric/Medicaid populations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
