Experienced Staffing Sales professional acting as a liaison between businesses and talent by identifying client hiring needs, selling staffing services for temporary or permanent placements, and building client relationships to secure new job orders and referrals. Key responsibilities include prospecting for new business, presenting staffing solutions, collaborating with recruiters, and managing the sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Business Development: Prospect for new clients, identify potential hiring needs, and initiate contact through cold calling, networking, and leveraging candidate leads.
Sales & Presentations: Present and sell temporary, contract, and permanent staffing solutions to prospective and existing clients.
Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their specific hiring needs and providing ongoing support.
Job Order Management: Obtain and define new job orders, clearly communicating requirements to the internal recruiting team.
Collaboration: Work closely with the recruiting team, presenting candidate options, coordinating interviews, and managing post-placement follow-up.
Market Growth: Expand business within existing accounts and generate referrals to drive new sales.
Reporting: Reconcile and manage sales reports, track progress, and analyze performance to achieve sales goals.
Key Skills and Qualifications
Sales Skills: Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills are essential.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong, trusting relationships with clients and foster collaboration.
Industry Knowledge: A deep understanding of the staffing industry and the target market's staffing needs.
CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software to manage leads and client interactions effectively.
