Job Description
Par Logistics, Inc. is a fun, fast-growing expedited transportation company, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Associate to join our team.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM–7:00 PM.
Flexibility is key—occasional early starts or late finishes may be needed based on workload.
Pay Range: $19–$21 per hour, based on experience.

Able to work independently and stay on task
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming phone calls and assist both customers and drivers professionally
Consistently communicate with drivers and customers to provide and confirm ETAs every 2–4 hours
Ensure drivers are loaded/unloaded promptly with the correct freight
Immediately escalate any issues to the customer, driver, and load planner as needed
Update load status for both customers and drivers using websites and company software
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 5 years of solid work experience (Customer Service experience preferred)
Transportation industry experience a plus, but not required
Strong attention to detail
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
