Job Description:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with an Arizona license (or eligibility to obtain one)
• Passion for working with kids and a creative, flexible approach
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Preferred: prior school experience or pediatric experience.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Virtual School-based Occupational Therapist for the 25/26 school year.
• This role is full-time, approximately a 37.5-hour per week contract, potentially longer depending on the district's needs.
• Several openings ranging from Kindergarten to High School.
• Deliver OT services based on each student’s IEP
• The ideal candidate will support students, providing essential services.
• Develop, implement, and track therapy plans that actually work
• Evaluate students, collect data, and monitor progress
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to help students thrive
• Work across multiple grade levels (some travel between schools may be required)
• Potentially supervise OT assistants

Pay and Bonus:

• $50-$52 an hour
• $3,000 assignment bonus available *conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
