A leading financial services firm is conducting a confidential search for an Executive & Personal Assistant to the CEO. This highly visible role requires a dynamic professional who is fluent in both Spanish and English and can seamlessly manage executive-level priorities while providing trusted personal support.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the CEO, including calendar management, travel arrangements, correspondence, and expense tracking.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communications in both Spanish and English.
• Prepare and translate documents, presentations, and reports with accuracy and professionalism.
• Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and speaking engagements, ensuring seamless execution.
• Assist with personal matters and projects as needed, maintaining confidentiality and discretion at all times.
• Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues to enable the CEO to focus on strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
• Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar high-level support role (experience within financial services preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and judgment.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity tools.
