We are currently seeking a phlebotomist to work in either a Patient Service Center or Client office. In this role you will provide exceptional customer service, perform skilled specimen collections and be the face of the company. PSTs may be eligible for participation in the PST Incentive Plan, which pays a quarterly bonus based on performance metrics. Pay Range: **$ 21.00 - $33.00 per hour All job offers will be based on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. Work Schedule: Monday Friday 7:00am-4:00pm; overtime and rotating weekends may be required Work Location: 3923 Waring Rd, # C Oceanside, CA 92056 Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
