Play Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC) – Bilingual Spanish Preferred – Charlotte, NC – Direct Hire

Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Play Therapist to join our team in Charlotte, NC . This role is ideal for a licensed LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC with experience in play therapy for children and families. Bilingual Spanish candidates are highly preferred to better serve our diverse community.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group play therapy to children and adolescents
• Develop treatment plans and therapeutic goals in collaboration with families
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Coordinate with other mental health professionals, schools, and community resources
• Deliver culturally sensitive services to both English and Spanish-speaking clients

Qualifications:

• Current and valid North Carolina license as LCSW, LMFT, or LCMHC
• Experience in play therapy techniques and interventions
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills
• Bilingual Spanish strongly preferred
• Passion for helping children and families heal and grow

Schedule & Compensation:
