Precision Production Machinery Operator

Shifts: 1st & 2nd available
Location: Lancaster, NY area — Work site is NOT on a bus route

Your impact

From first-piece setup to final inspection, you’ll be responsible for running equipment safely, efficiently, and accurately.

• Partner with a Senior Machine Operator to set up machines to spec.
• Monitor operations, verifying output and making on-the-fly adjustments.
• Complete routine maintenance and keep equipment in top condition.
• Troubleshoot errors and solve production issues before they escalate.
• Perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments.
• Follow safety protocols; maintain a clean, orderly workspace.
• Work closely with your team to achieve production goals.

What you’ll need to succeed

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Understanding of quality systems and inspection techniques.
• Sharp attention to detail with a focus on accuracy.
• Strong diagnostic abilities to troubleshoot mechanical/process issues.
• Collaborative mindset with a track record of meeting production targets.
