Private Banking Operations Analyst – Salt Lake City, UT

We’re looking for a Private Banking Operations Analyst to join a leading global investment firm in Salt Lake City. Responsibilities

• Support internal teams and clients with banking inquiries, account enrollments, and transaction-related requests
• Partner with departments such as legal, compliance, technology, and business operations
• Monitor transactions and assist with fraud prevention strategies
• Maintain data accuracy and ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase operational efficiency

 

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (Finance, Business, or related field preferred)
• Internship or experience in financial services or operations is a plus
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

 

Details

Location: Onsite – Salt Lake City, UT
Pay: $22.50 – $23.00/hr (W2)
Schedule: Full-time, 6–12 month contract (potential to extend)
