Role: Temp Project Manager – Real Estate Team

Company: Confidential – Major Apparel Company

Location: On-site | Marina del Rey, CA (5 days/week)

Duration : Until filled full time

Pay Rate: $35/hour

Overview:

Our client, a leading global apparel brand, is seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support their Real Estate Team . This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordinating timelines, managing documentation, and providing both administrative and financial support across multiple properties and projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize real estate and architectural files by project and property
• Track and manage project timelines to ensure key milestones are met
• Process and track invoices, securing appropriate approvals
• Partner with finance to verify invoice details and prioritize payments
• Take detailed meeting notes and follow up on action items
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the real estate team
• Coordinate schedules and assist with overall project time management

Requirements:

• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and DocuSign
• Prior experience in real estate, construction, or architecture (preferred)
