Inside Media is looking for a creative media specialist (photographer/videographer) to join our team! Photo/video/drone experience is a pro, but previous experience in real estate media is not required. What matters most is your energy, attitude, and ability to deliver an amazing client experience.

Role Overview

As a Creative Media Specialist, you’ll handle the in-field production of our real estate marketing services, including:

• Photography
• Videography
• Coaching Agents On-Camera
• 3D Scanning & Floor Plans
• Aerial Drone Piloting

How We Support You (No Post Production Required):

At Inside Media, we design the process so our creatives can focus on two things: delivering an amazing on-site client experience and capturing exceptional media. No editing, no client communication, no dealing with revisions or issues. Our in-house team handles marketing, post-production, delivery logistics, billing, and client care so you can focus on doing your best creative work.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Check and manage your shoot calendar, submitting drone requests and any other duties you are responsible for before the shoot
• Follow your daily schedule, and arrive on-time (or early) for appointments
• Interact with clients (real estate agents) and homeowners in a friendly, kind, professional, and respectful manner
• Build strong rapport with clients and make them feel comfortable and valued
• Capture high quality media with strong attention to detail (photos, video, drone, 3D tours)
• Organize & upload files at the end of your work day
• Write clear post-production instructions for our editing team
• Charge, manage, and take care of equipment
• Must be based in the greater Spokane/Coeur d'Alene area and be willing to drive to appointments throughout our whole service area. We are specifically looking for someone to focus primarily on North Idaho. Equipment will be provided, you will be driving your own vehicle.

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license + reliable car
• Live in Spokane, Coeur d’Alene, or the greater area
• Reliable laptop/desktop with fast internet connection
• Must already have or be willing to acquire a FAA Part 107 Drone Certification

Pay:

• Training: $20/hr
• Post-Training: starting at $30-35/hr
• Hours: 30-40 hrs/week, depending on the season. Most work is M-F 8am-5pm but you must be willing to do some twilight shoots as well (evenings around sunset)
• Gear: All provided
• Quarterly bonuses & additional bonus opportunities

Timeline:

We are looking to have someone start at the beginning of January. We wanted to build in some extra time for reviewing applications & doing interviews, since we knew it might be tricky around the holidays.
