This role involves helping travelers book everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to theme park packages, group trips, international travel, and more. Responsibilities
- Work directly with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and plans
- Research destinations, accommodations, flights, activities, and packages to create tailored travel options
- Offer professional recommendations on resorts, cruises, excursions, and travel insurance
- Arrange and confirm bookings for flights, hotels, cruises, car rentals, and vacation packages
- Prepare and manage client itineraries, confirmations, and updates
- Stay current on travel promotions, destination information, and supplier training
- Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trip
- Keep accurate notes and records of client interactions and bookings
Qualifications
- A genuine passion for travel and helping others
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, detail-driven, and comfortable multitasking
- Ability to learn booking systems and supplier tools (training provided)
- Self-motivated and dependable in a remote environment
- Experience in travel, hospitality, or sales is helpful but not required
