Job Description

Overview Chestnut Health Systems is seeking a part-time Residential Technician to work 2nd shift for our Bloomington, IL location. Chestnut Health Systems is a leading provider of behavioral and primary health care services. Over four decades, Chestnut has grown to over 700 committed, compassionate employees providing substance use, mental health and primary care treatment to patients in Central and Southern Illinois. We provide fully integrated care for all of our patients by combining behavioral health care services with our community-based primary care health centers. Responsibilities Monitoring clients. Serving food. Basic housekeeping. Stocking. Record keeping. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or its equivalent. Must display an interest and ability to work with a diverse group of people effectively. Good oral and written communication skills are also required. May transport clients if in possession of a valid driver’s license and insurable. Ability to work within an electronic medical record (EMR) required. Satisfactory completion of Chestnut's background checking process. There are several factors taken into consideration in determining base pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, skills, education, experience, local market conditions, and internal equity.
