Job Description

Rotational Analyst 2026 – Rialto Capital Rialto is a fully integrated real estate investment and asset management company with a dedicated special servicer. Rialto invests and manages assets throughout the real estate capital structure in property, loan, and securities markets. The company’s mission is to create long‑term value for investors and deliver results across market cycles. Rialto is headquartered in Miami, FL, and operates throughout the United States. Rotational Analyst Program 2-year commitment based out of Rialto’s Miami headquarters. Analysts will manage CMBS loans and properties across the investment life cycle, completing 6-month rotations in each of Rialto’s four asset management departments. Performing Loans – Evaluate real‑estate transactions affecting performing CMBS loans, including property leasing, ownership transfers, and hotel franchise changes. Loan Workout – Develop and implement resolution strategies for non‑performing and defaulted loans, including modification, foreclosure, note sale, and forbearance. Real‑Estate Owned (REO) – Assess, manage, and liquidate commercial real‑estate properties. Surveillance – Monitor risk factors associated with properties underlying Rialto’s CMBS bond investments and manage Rialto’s annual CMBS loan re‑underwriting process. Commercial Real‑Estate Underwriting – Underwrite and assess risks for new acquisition loans and existing loans in Rialto’s CMBS portfolio. Present findings to senior management. Loans include office, industrial, retail, hospitality, multifamily, and self‑storage properties.
