Ole Mexican Foods is one of the largest tortilla manufacturers in America, committed to delivering authentic, high-quality products to our customers. We proudly serve leading retailers across the U.S., including Walmart and Club channels. We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Sales Analyst to support our Walmart and Club business with data-driven insights, reporting, and execution to accelerate growth.

The Sales Analyst will play a critical role in supporting the Walmart and Club sales team by delivering actionable insights, reporting on performance, and driving fact-based decision-making. This position will work closely with cross functional departments to ensure accurate data analysis, timely reporting, and proactive identification of opportunities to grow sales, market share, and profitability.

• Manage daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for Walmart and Club business, including POS, shipment, and inventory performance.
• Analyze category and customer data to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities.
• Provide sales team with actionable insights to support business reviews, line reviews, and joint business planning sessions.
• Develop customer-specific presentations with compelling storytelling.
• Monitor and communicate segment performance, including sales, distribution, pricing, and promotional effectiveness.
• Support item setup, maintenance, and compliance requirements with Walmart and Club systems.
• Track competitive activity and market trends using syndicated data and retailer tools.
• Assist in preparing executive-level summaries, scorecards, and dashboards.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency in reporting and analysis.

• 2–4 years of experience in Sales Analysis, Category Management, or related field (CPG/Food industry experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI (or other BI tools).
• Experience with Walmart Scintilla or Madrid is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to present findings clearly and persuasively.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Working hours 8am - 5pm.
