Efficiency Innovations is currently hiring entry-level individuals with 0-4 years of sales experience for the Entry Level Sales Representative position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Sales position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition. Our goal is to bring stability to the sales field by offering an hourly base to guarantee that you can make money but also focus on building skills. The skills learned in sales can be used in both personal and professional settings.

Job Responsibilities:

• Impacts sales results by developing, supporting, and executing field marketing and segment activities.
• Executes Marketing campaigns depending on expertise.
• Works with various corporate/field marketing managers to determine appropriate customized programs and strategies for various market segments.
• Direct sales and consulting promotions
• Assisting with efforts of new business acquisition
• Expertly managing the needs of external customers
• Developing strong leadership and interpersonal skills
