Salary: 40K plus commission

The Salesperson plays a pivotal role in expanding Kings Global Consultings client base and supporting overall business growth. This role is focused on building strong relationships, understanding diverse business challenges, and facilitating solutions by leveraging our firms collective expertise. The successful candidate will work across departmentsconsulting, operations, finance, and developmentto ensure proposed solutions are viable, effective, and aligned with our service offerings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities across our core services, including consulting, bookkeeping, property management, and technology solutions.
  • Collaborate closely with internal departments to design comprehensive service proposals tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct strategic client meetings, business consultations, and presentations to demonstrate value and alignment.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of all company services and engage relevant departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently.
  • Use CRM tools to manage pipelines, track outreach, and report on sales activity.
  • Provide structured client feedback to relevant departments to improve service offerings and client outcomes.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue and performance goals while supporting broader company initiatives.
  • Represent Kings Global Consulting professionally at events and maintain strong industry connections.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within professional services, consulting, or operations.
  • 3+ years of experience in executive-level sales, business development, or account management.
  • Broad understanding of business operations, including consulting, financial services, and technology implementation.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally and manage complex sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms and ability to work autonomously in a performance-driven environment.

Remote - with exceptions

  • This position is mostly remote.
  • Exception #1 - depending on the area you live, you will be asked to go to companies in your region.
  • Exception #2 - there could be possibilities of having to fly to locations to meet with a client, if/when needed.
