Sales Representative 
\n \n About the Role
\nKelly Services is seeking a  Sales Representative to join a leading professional solutions organization on a 4-month hybrid assignment. In this role, you’ll focus on generating new business opportunities, qualifying leads, and supporting the overall sales pipeline. The ideal candidate is energetic, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced inside sales environment.
\nYou’ll leverage a consultative sales approach, collaborate with internal teams, and play a key role in driving growth across key markets.

\n Locations: Coppell, TX | Kennesaw, GA | Riverwoods, IL
\n Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
\n Pay Rate: $34,50/hr
\n Contract Length: 4 months |  Start Date: ASAP
\n Work Model: Hybrid (onsite + remote flexibility)
\n \n Key Responsibilities \n\n

    \n\t
  • Generate, qualify, and manage inbound/outbound leads to build a robust sales pipeline.\n\t
  • Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.\n\t
  • Conduct prospect research and needs analysis to identify opportunities.\n\t
  • Present product and service value propositions using a consultative sales approach.\n\t
  • Manage CRM activity (Salesforce or similar) with accurate documentation.\n\t
  • Collaborate with internal consultants to support lead handoffs and closing efforts.\n\t
  • Contribute to forecasting, sales strategy, and campaign execution.\n\t
  • Maintain industry awareness and competitive intelligence to inform outreach strategies.\n
\n \n\n Qualifications \n\n
    \n\t
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).\n\t
  • Experience: \n\t
      \n\t\t
    • 2–4 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management.\n\t\t
    • 2+ years in a high-volume inside sales or lead generation environment.\n\t
    \n\t\n\t
  • Proven success with outbound calling (80–100+ daily) and pipeline management.\n\t
  • CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).\n\t
  • Strong communication, time management, and negotiation skills.\n\t
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).\n\t
  • Ability to work independently and adapt in a hybrid setting.\n\t
  • Familiarity with tax, accounting, or professional services industries is a plus.\n
