Base pay range $140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr Team Leader | Principal Salesforce Consultant @ TECHOHANA | Talent Strategy An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep Certinia (FinancialForce) expertise to join a high-performing, forward-thinking organisation. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a configuration-first environment, with the ability to partner across business and technical teams to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient Salesforce and Certinia solutions. About the Role The Senior Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for the configuration, administration, and optimisation of Certinia applications within the Salesforce ecosystem with a focus on PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management. Working closely with Finance, IT, and Business Operations, this position ensures systems are secure, reliable, and aligned with organisational objectives. The emphasis is on using Salesforce configuration (Flows and standard tools) as a first principle, escalating to development only when necessary. Key Responsibilities Configure, customise, and maintain Certinia PSA, ERP, and Revenue Management modules. Manage users, roles, permission sets, and security settings to ensure least-privilege access and data integrity. Design and implement advanced Salesforce Flows, approvals, and automations to streamline business operations. Build and maintain reports and dashboards, supporting data insights and BI integration (Snowflake, Tableau, Power BI). Oversee sandbox management, UAT, release coordination, and DevOps Center/change set deployments. Partner with cross-functional teams to support integrations, troubleshoot incidents, and maintain system performance. Develop SOPs, runbooks, and user documentation; deliver training to support adoption. Act as the subject matter expert for Certinia PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management across the organisation. Experience & Qualifications Experience with Salesforce and hands-on with Certinia (FinancialForce) — PSA expertise required. Strong proficiency in Salesforce Flows, data model, and security configuration. Practical experience integrating Salesforce/Certinia with adjacent systems via APIs, middleware, or iPaaS. Deep knowledge of Certinia PSA, Accounting, and Revenue Management modules including resource scheduling, timecards, billing, and revenue recognition. Confident managing releases, sandbox refreshes, and change control in a structured DevOps environment. Salesforce Administrator and/or Platform App Builder certification preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline (or equivalent experience). Skills & Attributes Expert in Salesforce Flow design, error handling, and reusable automation patterns. Strong understanding of roles, profiles, permission sets, FLS, and sharing rules. Excellent troubleshooting and SOQL/SOSL skills. Structured, documentation-oriented approach with strong stakeholder communication. Ability to translate business requirements into maintainable configurations with clear config‑vs‑code recommendations. Practical experience with global, multi‑entity business environments and financial process alignment.
