Job Description

Overview: We are urgently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Dynamics 365 Developer/Architect to join our dynamic team. This critical role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 development, with expertise in CRM customization, Power Platform, and Azure integrations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for enterprise-level applications. Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Dynamics 365, including CRM customization and configuration.

Ensure best practices are followed, with a focus on scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Stay up to date with the latest features and capabilities in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure.

Required Skills and Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Dynamics 365 development, with a strong emphasis on CRM customization and configuration.
Expertise in Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and leveraging its capabilities to improve business processes.
Experience with Azure integrations and cloud-based architecture.
Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 architecture and data model.
Proven ability to design and implement complex solutions across multiple technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to mentor and guide junior team members.
Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure.
Experience with agile development methodologies.

Experience in the implementation of custom integrations with third-party applications
