Job Title: Construction Laborer

Job Description

We are hiring Construction General Laborers to support commercial projects from the ground up, working alongside skilled carpenters and tradespeople. This role is perfect for reliable, hardworking individuals eager to grow their skills in construction.

Responsibilities

• Assist carpenters and tradespeople with daily tasks and job site setup.
• Load, unload, and stage tools, equipment, and construction materials.
• Perform general construction duties including site cleanup, debris removal, and material organization.
• Operate hand tools and basic power tools.
• Install insulation and prep surfaces.
• Support framing, drywall, and finish crews as needed.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Williamsport, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $23.00/hr.
