A Special Education Teacher is needed to provide specialized instruction for students in grades K-8 within a hybrid learning model. This contract position, based in Medina, OH, spans the full school year and focuses on supporting students with diverse learning needs. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized and group instruction tailored to students with special needs in grades K-8. Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). Monitor student progress and adjust instructional strategies accordingly. Utilize hybrid teaching methods to engage students both in-person and remotely. Maintain accurate records of student performance, attendance, and compliance with school and district policies. Participate in team meetings, professional development, and parent conferences as needed. Qualifications: Valid Special Education teaching certification for grades K-8.
