About the Role

We are hiring a Fractional CFO or experienced financial consultant to collaborate with our team on select client accounts. This role is ideal for a financial leader who works closely with 78 figure B2B SaaS or service-based companies and sees firsthand where marketing investments are underperforming.

You will play a critical role in identifying gaps in marketing performance from a financial lens and co-developing a smarter, ROI-driven marketing strategy in partnership with our team. This is a paid consulting engagement with the potential for ongoing collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Identify one or more clients from your portfolio who may benefit from a marketing performance review

• Participate in a strategic audit of the clients revenue pipeline, demand generation model, and attribution reporting

• Co-create a tailored growth strategy alongside our marketing and analytics leads

• Serve as a financial advisor during the solution planning process to ensure budget alignment and ROI clarity

• If applicable, assist with stakeholder communication and implementation planning

• Maintain confidentiality and act in the best interest of your client throughout the engagement

Compensation & Engagement Structure:

• Initial milestone : Paid consultation to collaborate on a strategic marketing restructuring plan for a client of yours

• Optional performance-based bonus : If the client moves forward, we offer a one-time facilitation fee for your support during implementation

All payments are handled through contract agreement. This is not a commission-only opportunity the consulting milestone is guaranteed upon engagement.

Ideal Candidate:

• 8+ years of finance experience, ideally supporting SaaS or professional services clients

• Current fractional CFO or strategic advisor to companies doing $2M+ in annual revenue

• Strong understanding of CAC, marketing efficiency metrics, and forecasting models

• Collaborative, strategic thinker who enjoys cross-functional problem solving

• Experience supporting or advising on go-to-market strategy a plus
