What You’ll Do as a Substitute TeacherAs a Substitute Teacher, you’ll step in to ensure a seamless learning experience for our students. Your role will include: - Delivering engaging lessons based on the provided curriculum. - Fostering a positive and supportive classroom environment that aligns with our values. - Adapting to various grade levels and subjects , ensuring students stay on track with their learning goals. - Maintaining classroom management and encouraging respectful behavior. - Collaborating with staff to uphold our commitment to academic excellence and moral development.
What We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking individuals who: - Have a passion for working with children and supporting their growth. - Are adaptable, reliable, and able to step into different classrooms as needed. - Embody strong moral values and a positive attitude. - Have no prior teaching experience required —a willingness to learn and grow with us is key!
