We are looking for skilled Pool & Outdoor Living Artisans to join our elite field team and physically construct the incredible projects we're known for.

As a key member of our construction crew, you'll be on-site, bringing our award-winning designs to life. You'll be involved in every stage of the build, ensuring every detail is executed to the highest standard.

• Build the Foundation: Precisely lay out complex pool shapes, expertly tie steel reinforcement cages, and install the intricate plumbing that powers our custom water features.
• Construct the Structures: Build elegant hardscapes, including stone patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, and custom fire pits with meticulous attention to detail.
• Master the Finishing Touches: Set waterline tile and coping with precision, preparing the project for its final, beautiful finish.
• Collaborate and Solve: Work alongside a team of dedicated professionals to read complex plans, solve challenges on-site, and ensure every project is built safely and efficiently.

We're seeking a dedicated craftsperson with:

• 2+ years of hands-on construction experience , preferably in custom pool building, hardscaping, or residential masonry.
• The ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and execute them accurately.
• Proven skills in one or more of the following: rebar tying, plumbing, masonry, tile/coping setting, or concrete forming.
• A strong work ethic and the physical ability to perform demanding tasks in an outdoor environment.
• A valid driver's license and the reliability to be on-site, on time, every day.
