Tax Preparer Clerk Position Available
Our reputable CPA firm, which has been serving the Hollins, Virginia community for years, is on the lookout for a talented individual to join our team as a Tax Preparer Clerk. This is a part-time seasonal role during peak tax season from January to April, but we are open to discussions regarding full-time employment based on your preferences and qualifications.
You will play a crucial role in our operations by preparing various tax documents and returns for both individual and business clients. This position offers a competitive hourly wage that reflects your qualifications and experience level in tax preparation. Candidates should have prior experience in tax preparation, with knowledge of QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, and Excel being highly desired.
For candidates interested in transitioning to full-time, there may be the opportunity to take on additional bookkeeping tasks, which could involve processing bill payments and preparing monthly reconciliations for our clients' accounts. To succeed in this role, one must be detail-oriented and possess excellent organizational abilities, along with a commitment to producing accurate work.
