\n JOB DESCRIPTION
\nJoin our dynamic Emergency Department team at Tsehootsooi Medical Center, a vital facility serving our community with comprehensive care. Our ED features an 11-bed main unit, a 6-bed fast track, and a 7-bed observation unit. As an ER nurse, you'll be expected to rotate through these areas regularly, providing versatile and thorough patient care. You'll also be assigned to triage, quick registration, COVID testing/tent, and entry screening stations, ensuring readiness across all functions of emergency care. Flexibility is key, as shifts may include nights, weekends, and holidays, with the potential for unexpected shift changes based on staffing needs.
Travelers may occasionally float to other departments for which they are qualified, including patient load responsibilities or task-oriented duties such as answering call lights and managing phones. You will have the opportunity to contribute positively to patient outcomes in a fast-paced environment that values adaptability and teamwork.
