• Contract Duration: 13-week travel nursing contract\n
• Shift: 12-hour night shifts (19:00-07:00), 3 shifts per week\n
• Hours per Week: 36\n
• Unit Size: 11 beds\n
• Patient Ratio: 1:4\n
• Documentation System: Meditech\n
• Dress Code: Navy Scrubs\n
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1470 - $1570\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n

\n
• Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state\n
• Minimum 1 year of Emergency Room nursing experience\n
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications (required)\n
• Proficiency in respiratory care (breathing treatments, ABGs, BiPAP, travel vent)\n
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight\n
• Willingness to float to other ERs within Parkridge Health System\n

\n\nER Nurse Responsibilities\n

\n
• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients in a fast-paced clinical setting\n
• Operate advanced medical equipment: Parapac Plus travel vent, Phillips V60 BiPAP, EKG, GE Cardiac Monitoring, Alaris IV Pumps, Lucas device, Lifepak Defibrillators\n
• Accurately document patient care using Meditech EMR system\n
• Collaborate with experienced RNs and CC Paramedics\n
• Participate in tele-psych and tele-neuro consults\n
• Maintain a safe, organized environment with 24/7 security support\n
• Contribute to a team-driven culture focused on exceptional patient satisfaction\n
