ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Antioch, California.

\nRN - ICU
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Must be available to work Christmas holiday
\n• Every other weekend schedule required
\n• On-call as needed based on census
\n• 2:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
\n• Will float to Telemetry units depending on need and ICU census
\n• 24 hours of orientation provided
\n• 3+ years of ICU experience required
\n• Travel experience required
\n• Epic charting system experience preferred
\n• Required certifications: CA RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS (all AHA certifications required)
\n• Preferred certifications: IABP, Impella, PIRRT
\n• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of contract signing
\n• 50 miles travel requirement from facility
\n• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
\n• Provide care to adult ICU patients with 8 daily census in 12-bed unit
\n• Skills include ventilator management, cardiac drip titration, blood product administration, central line care, and management of multi-system organ dysfunction

The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and various other specialized services. The organization maintains high standards for patient care and requires experienced critical care nurses to provide complex medical interventions and monitoring for critically ill patients.
