\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work on a 34-bed medical surgical and neuro/stroke designated unit with maximum capacity of 43 patients
\n• Patient ratio of 5:1
\n• Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 3 techs, and 1 unit secretary at maximum capacity
\n• Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 8 RNs, 1 tech, and 1 unit secretary at maximum capacity
\n• Work with remote tele equipment and Meditech EMR system
\n• BLS certification required
\n• NIH Stroke certification and ACLS preferred
\n• Perform typical medical surgical procedures on stroke and neuro designated unit
\n• Navy scrubs required as part of dress code
\n• Must demonstrate upbeat, engaged, and compassionate personality
\n• Work on a unit that has achieved 850+ days CAUTI free and multiple Daisy awards
