ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch break
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 on a 48-bed telemetry unit (4A and 4B)
\n• Work every other weekend (2 weekends per 4-week schedule)
\n• Holiday requirement includes working 2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
\n• Float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• One shift of unit orientation provided
\n• Self-scheduling system used with manager balancing final schedules
\n• Cancellation policy allows 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks)
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Must have experience reading basic telemetry strips and interpreting strips at least once per shift
\n• Experience needed with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA
\n• Cerner charting system experience recommended
\n• Care for patients with COVID, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and general/orthopedic/spinal surgical patients
\n• Work with respiratory equipment including BiPap, CPAP, high flow, and breathing treatments
\n• Charge nurse available without patient assignment
\n• Nurse aides available with 1:10-15 ratio
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• No drip titration required
