ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

\nRN - Med Surg
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch
\n• Every other weekend requirement with 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
\n• Holiday requirement includes working Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving (2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day)
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 on 48-bed telemetry unit (4A and 4B)
\n• Float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
\n• Navy blue scrubs dress code required
\n• One shift unit orientation provided
\n• Self-scheduling used but subject to manager approval for balance
\n• No call or standby requirements
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Experience with reading basic telemetry strips required
\n• Must have experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA and TIA
\n• Cerner charting system experience recommended
\n• Care for patients with COVID, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and surgical patients
\n• Required to interpret telemetry strips and sign at least once per shift
\n• Work with respiratory equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow, and breathing treatments
\n• BSN degree not required
