Consolidated Medical Travel is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg / Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Claremont, New Hampshire.

Travel RN – Med/Surg Tele (Rural Facility) – New Hampshire

Holiday Coverage Requirement

Travelers are required to work ONE of the following sets:

• Christmas Eve/Christmas Day + Friday/weekend after , OR
• New Year’s Eve/New Year’s Day + Friday/weekend after

Note: Travelers who request their contract to end in November or before the December holiday period will not be considered for extension into early 2026.

Important Agency Requirement (AHSA Partners)

• Effective immediately, New Hampshire Temporary Health Care Service Agency License/Registration Certificate must be included upfront with all Nursing submissions.
• This is required by the state of NH to staff temporary RN needs.
• Candidates cannot be considered without this document included in their profile.

Clinical Requirements

• 3+ years experience required in:
  • PCU
  • Med/Surg
  • Telemetry
• Telemetry experience required
• Basic dysrhythmia test required in profile
• Rural/small facility experience highly preferred
• Previous travel experience highly preferred
• Must be able to work independently and hit the ground running
• Experience with cardiac monitoring required

Unit Information

• Very small rural facility
• Patient population: Newborn to Geriatric
• RN:Patient Ratios
  • Med/Surg typical: 5:1 (acuity dependent)
  • Higher acuity PCU patients: 3:1 or 4:1
• Applicable to both day and night shifts
• Dress code: Own scrubs – any color

Scheduling & RTO

• All RTO must be included at time of submission
  • NO RTO approval after upload
  • Up to 5 days RTO allowed for a 13-week contract
• All scheduling requests must be submitted before profile upload
  • Requests after offer may result in rescinded offer
• No non-billable orientation
• OT/Holiday multiplier: 1.25%
• No call/call-back
• Traveler must have their own vehicle

Housing / Distance Requirement

• Facility will not consider candidates living within 50 miles of the facility.

License Requirements

• NH or Compact RN license must be active and in-hand at time of submission
  • Facility will not pend licenses.
