**Job Title: Registered Respiratory Therapist**

**Shift: Night Shift (12 Hours)**

**Job Description:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our medical team in a pediatric setting. This position is ideal for professionals with strong mechanical ventilator management skills and a background in providing basic respiratory care. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the respiratory health of our young patients in a large facility with trauma experience.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide basic respiratory care, including the management of mechanical ventilators.
- Assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on their individual health requirements.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient care and outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions and responses to treatment.
- Maintain equipment and ensure a safe and hygienic environment for patient care.


**Requirements:**
- Current Respiratory Therapist License in Pennsylvania (PA RT license).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a large facility and trauma environment.
- Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

**Shift Details:**
- 12-Hour Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- On-Call: None
- Every third weekend required
- Unpaid 30-minute break

- Expected weekly hours: 36
