\n\nTravel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work in 36-bed telemetry unit with patient ratios of 4:1 with cath recovery, maximum 6:1 (may stretch to 7:1)
\n• Every other weekend scheduling requirement
\n• Float to Ortho/Med-Surg units as needed (agency floats first)
\n• Work with remote telemetry monitors and Alaris pumps
\n• Document using Meditech system
\n• Must have telemetry experience
\n• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
\n• Advanced skills needed: knowledge of chest tubes and dysrhythmia training
\n• Assist with procedures including chest tube insertions, bedside paracentesis, and thoracentesis
\n• Support from PCTs on day and night shifts, unit clerks on day shift
\n• Strive for 75% patient satisfaction rate
\n• Follow telemetry monitoring policy and stroke policy
\n• Dress code: any scrubs except camouflage
