Job Summary

The Venue & Event Manager in Long Beach is a dynamic, client-focused leader responsible for driving venue sales, overseeing event operations, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role blends strategic sales leadership, proactive venue management, and hands-on event execution to deliver unforgettable hospitality moments that bring the 24 Carrots brand to life. As a key member of the venue leadership team, this individual is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on relationship builder who thrives in fast-paced environments and inspires those around them. Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales leadership with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving performance targets.
  • Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships while fostering trust and loyalty.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to balance client satisfaction with business profitability.
  • Demonstrated expertise in venue operations, event lifecycle management, and team leadership.
  • Skilled in pipeline management, CRM systems, and analyzing sales KPIs.
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and coach team members toward shared goals.
  • Experience planning, managing, and executing large-scale luxury events with precision.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities with accuracy.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence in public speaking and client presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, CRM platforms, and catering/event management software.
  • 57 years of relevant hospitality industry experience with a proven track record of success.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred.
  • Current California Food Handlers card and valid drivers license required.
  • Local travel required.

Pay : $70,304 - $75,000 + Commissions
