This role is ideal for someone who loves exploring the world and helping others experience the thrill of adventure travel from tropical escapes and cultural tours to bucket-list expeditions and off-the-beaten-path journeys.
Youll work directly with clients to design personalized itineraries that match their sense of discovery, ensuring each trip is safe, seamless, and unforgettable.
Consult with clients to understand their travel interests, goals, and adventure preferences.
Create customized travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, activities, and guided tours.
Recommend unique destinations, adventure experiences, and travel routes tailored to client interests.
Stay current on global travel trends, destination safety, and outdoor experiences.
Handle booking logistics, confirmations, and documentation with accuracy and care.
Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after each trip.
Build strong relationships with clients and suppliers to enhance the overall travel experience.
Prior experience in travel planning, hospitality, tourism, or a customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Highly organized and able to manage multiple client itineraries simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing a high level of service.
Enthusiasm for travel, nature, and adventure-related experiences.
Comfortable using online tools and travel booking platforms (training provided).
