About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to the President. This strategic partner will be instrumental in aligning and executing the company's commercial and enterprise-wide priorities. The role involves streamlining strategic initiatives, enhancing cross-functional communication, and ensuring the President's objectives are effectively implemented. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading high-priority cross-functional initiatives, acting as a trusted thought partner, and maintaining a close pulse on team culture and organizational health. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business consulting, operations, and commercial strategy, with a proven track record of driving results in dynamic, growth-oriented environments. Key responsibilities include strategic planning and execution, commercial leadership team operations, special projects, executive enablement, and internal communication. The Chief of Staff will be expected to have at least 5 years' of strategy/management consulting or investment banking/private equity experience, with a preference for those with a commercial-oriented background in marketing, business development, or sales, and experience in the US healthcare sector. The role requires a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a leader with high emotional intelligence, capable of influencing and building consensus in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment.
