ERP Systems Developer – Build, Grow, and Make a Lasting Impact

We’re wrapping up our D365 Business Central implementation and are looking for a hands-on ERP Systems Developer to help us fine-tune, strengthen, and scale the system for the future. What You’ll Do

• Serve as our in-house ERP expert , helping shape how our business runs day to day.
• Partner with teams across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, and customer service to streamline processes and solve real-world challenges.
• Design and build customizations, reports, and extensions in D365 BC (AL) .
• Support and continuously improve our ERP environment post-implementation — where your impact truly begins.
• Maintain and enhance integrations with HRIS, CRM, QMS, and other key systems.
• Clearly document and communicate across both technical and non-technical teams.
• Identify and deliver opportunities to automate and optimize workflows — your ideas will be heard.

What You Bring

• 3+ years of ERP experience, including 2+ years with D365 Business Central (or Dynamics NAV).
• Proficiency in AL development and strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and finance processes .
• Experience managing permissions, user support, and troubleshooting .
• Comfort working with SQL , Power BI , or Microsoft Report Builder .
• A collaborative mindset, solid documentation skills, and strong follow-through.
