Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Family Nurse Practitioner located in Bloomington, IL. The Family Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for providing primary and urgent care services to patients. The role includes conducting patient assessments, diagnosing medical conditions, developing and implementing care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
