Our client, a global technology manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled and professional Freelance Headshot Photographer to provide recurring on-site corporate headshot photography services at its major campus in Dallas, TX. This is an ongoing, long-term contract opportunity for a photographer with proven expertise in corporate headshots.

Key Details

• Role: Freelance Professional Headshot Photographer
• Location: Dallas, TX
• Schedule: Every Friday, 9:00 AM 12:00 PM (Recurring 3-hour session)
• Contract: Ongoing freelance/contractual basis.
• Compensation: Competitive professional rate, negotiable and based on experience and portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Execute Onsite Headshots: Arrive promptly every Friday and efficiently photograph employees for their professional corporate headshots within the 3-hour scheduled block.
• Equipment Management: Operate and care for the provided in-house studio equipment, including the camera, lenses, lighting, and backdrop setup.
• Maintain Professionalism: Interact with corporate employees in a courteous, professional, and efficient manner, ensuring a positive experience.
• Technical Proficiency: Capture high-quality, technically excellent images that adhere to the companys specific corporate style guide (details provided upon hire). This includes proper lighting, composition, focus, and exposure using the provided equipment.
• Image Delivery & Processing: Offload images to your personal laptop. Culling and basic color correction/exposure adjustments of all images must be performed using your personal editing software. Deliver final, high-resolution digital image files to the designated company contact within a mutually agreed-upon timeframe.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Proven Headshot Experience: Minimum of 3 years of verifiable professional photography experience, with a strong emphasis on corporate headshots and executive portraiture.
• Online Portfolio: A comprehensive, easily accessible online portfolio demonstrating a high level of skill and a consistent, professional headshot style is mandatory.
• Essential Personal Equipment: Must own and provide a reliable laptop and professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Lightroom, Capture One) for immediate image processing and file preparation on-site or immediately following the session.
• Familiarity with Studio Gear: Demonstrated comfort and technical proficiency in using various professional studio cameras, lenses, and lighting equipment.
• Reliability: Utmost reliability, punctuality, and consistent availability for this recurring role are mandatory.

Equipment Note

The company will provide the camera body, lenses, studio lighting, and backdrop at the dedicated on-site studio space. The photographer is responsible for bringing their own laptop, editing software, and necessary tethering cables/card readers to manage and process the image files.
